I‘m Ashly! And before I found Healy, I had a background teaching about sensuality and Shakti.

Since the moment I was first introduce to Shakti, in a yoga teacher training circa 2015 … it struck something in my heart that became at once, a longing for and knowing of truth deep in my bones.

In ancient yogic science, Shakti is the Goddess that is the force behind all energy, matter, movement, change, and transformation, and is said to be the source of all creative power. Essentially, Shakti is LIFE FORCE energy.

Modern science is now validating what the ancient yogis knew thousands of years ago, that is that Shakti is the quantum field! The quantum field is a concept in physics that describes the underlying fabric of reality.

It is the medium through which all particles and waves interact, and is thought to be the source of all matter and energy in the universe. Shakti and the quantum field have different names in modern day: but they are the same thing.

When we “awaken” our Shakti with yoga, breath work or mantra, we are actually activating a cellular charge within neural networks that rise up our chakras through the central channel of our spine to the brain.

As is true to my heart what has delighted me beyond measure is that what has called me int my next phase of evolutions still centers around Shakti and life force.

Cue Healy, it honestly took some time for me to understand what it was and what it was capable of. But when I learned that it was a direct interface with Shakti, that it could literally turn on and activate cellular structure to bring us into our highest resonance and state of vitality … I was signed sealed and delivered.

Pair that with a community of beautiful souls that are here to embody new paradigm energetics … Healy has been the #1 source of growth and transformation in my life over the past 1.5 years personally, professionally and financially.

Personally, its helped me drastically with pain management for an ongoing back injury, my mental / emotional balance (and reclaiming my joy and joie de vivre!), and most significantly, a cognitive challenge I’ve had since childhood literally disappeared.
